HERBED CORVINA FISH BALLS

I know what you're thinking but these are actually fabulous 

 

yes, they are gluten, grain and dairy free

 

What you'll need

ground corvina - 1 lb (this is a white fish that I ask the local fish market to grind for me)

cumin 2 large dashes 

smoked paprika 1 small dash

cilantro 1/3 of a bunch

dill 1/3 of a bunch

parsley 1/3 of a bunch

salt & pepper 2-3 dashes of each

garlic powder 1-2 dashes

Throw everything in a food processor and blend for 45 seconds on a medium speed (don't go too fast as the fish could over blend fall apart)

 

Once done, form into ball or patty shaped. Throw on to the grill for 1 minute on each side and into the oven for 5 minutes to finish off. Alternatively, you may heat avocado oil in a pan on medium to high heat. Saute for 1 minute on each side

for an added bonus, you may use a vegan sour cream, add lemon juice and herbs blend on high for 30 seconds. Drizzle this as a choice of zest OR tahini.
