BAKED APPLE SEED CRUMBLE

Just in time for fall

 

This will satisfy the gluten free, grain free, refined sugar, and vegan folk galore.

 

I eyeball everything in the kitchen but for my type A babes, let's get specific.

 

1/2 cup pumpkin seeds

1/2 cup sunflower seeds 

1/3 cup crushed pecans or walnuts (or both) add a few Brazil nuts too, why not!

1/4 cup coconut oil 

3 tbsp tahini or nut butter (I prefer tahini as it's less inflammatory)

2 tbsp maple syrup (or liquid sweetener of choice like honey, monk fruit etc)

10-12 raspberries and one cut up chunks of a large apple

OPTIONAL: 100% CACAO CHIPS

HEMP SEEDS 

MIX IN A LARGE BOWL

 

12-15 MINS in the oven on 350 degrees
